About me

My drive comes from a deep awareness of the systemic challenges we face today. In our current neoliberal, patriarchal system, ego and logic often take precedence, concentrating power in the hands of a few while the majority bears the cost. Meanwhile, our planet is being pushed to its limits, with increasingly devastating consequences for people’s lives. Yet, amidst these challenges, inspiring initiatives are emerging—initiatives with the potential to drive real change. My mission is to foster openness and soften egos. With this purpose in mind, I support projects that challenge these systemic issues, reduce inequality, and promote equal opportunities.

I spent 18 years at KPN, holding various leadership and strategic roles for 15 of those years. My last two positions were Director of Telfort, where I managed the brand’s P&L, and EVP Retail, overseeing more than 100 KPN stores. In late 2023, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, offering my expertise as an interim and change manager. From Q4 2023 to Q3 2024, I led a change program for BAM NL. Since then, I’ve expanded my services to include (team) coaching, alongside interim management and roles as a Fractional CMO, CCO, or CEO. While my entrepreneurial journey is still in its early stages, I take pride in securing my first assignments through my direct network and successfully launching my first coaching programs.

Over the years, I have also invested significantly in my personal development, completing training in NLP, Coaching, and Family Constellations, as well as becoming a certified Holistic Therapist.

I consider myself a generalist, with broad expertise developed through marketing and commercial roles across various disciplines. While I spent 18 years in the telecom sector, my focus has always been on universally relevant themes such as strategic marketing, brand management, retail, and organizational development. This diverse background allows me to adapt quickly to new sectors and provide insights that drive growth and innovation.

My professional expertise aligns closely with advancing Inner Development Goals (IDGs), particularly in leadership, collaboration, and resilience. I believe that by strengthening individuals and teams from within, they can contribute more effectively to broader organizational and societal goals. As a generalist at heart, I am passionate about supporting nearly all Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—from environmental sustainability to equitable access to education. I am driven by the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that create meaningful, positive change on multiple levels.

The value I add to organizations is based on my 15+ years of management experience in various roles, mainly in commercial and P&L positions. This background has given me a unique perspective on building scalable structures and processes that drive sustainable growth. I have developed an agile leadership style that enables me to motivate teams to embrace change, while maintaining focus on business goals. This skill is particularly valuable for companies that want to professionalize and stabilize during periods of rapid growth. My experience in the corporate world enables me to implement proven strategies, aligned with the agile and dynamic needs of growing companies, to realize operational resilience as they scale.
