About me
My drive stems from a growing awareness of the threats posed by the current neoliberal, patriarchal system, in which ego and logic often prevail. Power is concentrated in the hands of a few who continue to profit at the expense of the majority. Meanwhile, our planet is becoming exhausted, with increasingly clear and devastating consequences for people's lives. At the same time, inspiring initiatives are emerging with the potential to bring about real change. My mission is to promote openness and soften egos. From this mission, I like to support initiatives that counter these threats, help reduce the gap between rich and poor and promote equal opportunities.
I worked at KPN for 18 years in various positions, of which about 15 years in management and strategy. My last two positions were Director of Telfort (where I was responsible for the brand's P&L) and EVP Retail (where I managed more than 100 KPN stores). In the fourth quarter of 2023, I started my entrepreneurial journey, in which I offer my services as an interim manager and change manager. From Q4 2023 to Q3 2024, I led a change program for BAM NL. I recently expanded my services with (team) coaching, in addition to interim management and roles as Fractional CMO/CCO/CEO. Although my successes as an entrepreneur have been modest so far, I am proud that I have won my first assignments through my direct network and sold my first coaching programs.
In recent years, I have also invested a lot in my personal development through training courses such as NLP, Coaching and Family Constellations. I am also trained as a Holistic Therapist.
As an entrepreneur, I support organizations with:

• Advice on (strategic) marketing, brand management and proposition development.
I consider myself a generalist, with broad expertise that I have developed through marketing and commercial roles within various disciplines. Although I have 18 years of experience in the telecom sector, I have always focused on themes that have broad applicability, such as strategic marketing, brand management, retail and organizational development. This background enables me to quickly adapt to new sectors and provide multifaceted insights that support growth and innovation.
My professional qualities are closely aligned with advancing IDGs, especially in areas such as leadership, collaboration and resilience. I believe that by strengthening individuals and teams internally, they can contribute more effectively to broader organizational and societal goals. Personally, I am a generalist at heart and enthusiastic about contributing to almost all SDGs. From environmental sustainability to access to education: I am motivated by the opportunity to support initiatives that realize meaningful, positive change on multiple levels.

The value I add to organizations is based on my 15+ years of management experience in various roles, mainly in commercial and P&L positions. This background has given me a unique perspective on building scalable structures and processes that drive sustainable growth. I have developed an agile leadership style that enables me to motivate teams to embrace change, while maintaining focus on business goals. This skill is particularly valuable for companies that want to professionalize and stabilize during periods of rapid growth. My experience in the corporate world enables me to implement proven strategies, aligned with the agile and dynamic needs of growing companies, to realize operational resilience as they scale.
