About me
I have a commercial background with over 28 years of experience in sales.
I have held various sales positions in different sectors, ranging from radio automation, mobile telephony, streaming media (startup) and a European internet provider.
For the past 15 years I have been an entrepreneur and co-owner of the company https://aexus.com/. Aexus' mission is to help young technology companies find their way to the market and become more successful. Aexus supports them with positioning, market introduction advice, recruitment & selection, direct sales, channel development, inbound marketing and digital marketing. The company is active in Europe, the United States and Asia with seven offices and 150 employees of 23 different nationalities.
Together with my partner, I built Aexus from a boutique agency (8 consultants) to a medium-sized company with 150 employees and a global footprint. At the end of 2022, I sold my shares and completely withdrew from the company. Since then I have focused on strategic advice/mentoring for start-ups and scale-ups.
My main areas of focus are:
Personal coaching of C-level management.
Development of business strategy and international scaling.
Defining commercial processes.
