About me

Great to meet you!

After completing a three-year program focused on working with intuition, I’ve come to believe that, deep down, we all have a desire to "do good" and contribute to making the world a better place. The real challenge, however, lies in translating this desire into both our professional and personal lives.

That's why I joined Generous Minds, a collective that unites entrepreneurs, consultants, and investors who share the same mission of supporting the long-term success of impact-driven businesses. I’m truly grateful to be part of this inspiring group and to channel my passion for doing good into my daily work.

A little about me: After earning my Bachelor’s in Organizational Science, completing a minor in International Business Administration in Shanghai, and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, I began freelancing for three companies: Bohemian Birds (a travel agency), Succes Fou (a startup accelerator), and CrossOver (focused on bottom-up Design Thinking). These experiences allowed me to work closely with founders, honing my skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, sales, partnerships, and marketing.

My passion for continuous learning led me to Growth Tribe, where I deepened my commercial expertise. Growth Tribe is an academy dedicated to bridging the digital skills gap by teaching technologies like Growth Hacking, Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning. When I joined in 2018, the team was 25 strong, and within two years, we grew to 120 people. Reflecting on my four years there, I’m proud to have contributed to their rapid scaling journey—an exciting, yet challenging, experience. It was at Growth Tribe that I refined my marketing and sales skills, and developed my own sales approach, which I call "Authentic Selling."

Today, I focus on advising and training impact-driven companies and entrepreneurs in marketing and sales, helping them build a solid commercial foundation to scale their social impact.
