About me
I founded my first company at 14 and bought my first shares at 12. Throughout my life, I have founded, sold and supported several companies.
I like to combine my strengths, such as strategy, finance and structuring, with creating a better world. Generous Minds shares that same vision.
I am the co-founder of LIFE Capital, a private equity firm that helps impact companies with strategy and investments. Our mission is to improve the world by using the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a guide. My skills lie in thinking big, turning costs into profits, identifying and overcoming obstacles. I have built and sold four companies and am currently invested in six others that I am scaling to a valuation of 100 million euros.
Entrepreneurship is in my blood, as evidenced by a note I wrote in a school book at the age of eight: "When I grow up, I want to have a company like my parents, only ten times bigger." I bought my first shares at 12 and founded my first company at 14. While I love building and growing businesses, I eventually decided to shift my focus to investing in and financing sustainable businesses.
As an investor, my main focus is to inspire entrepreneurs with vision and strategy, and support them with financing to make a positive impact on the world. I strongly believe in the power of connecting people and ideas to create powerful synergies, and I use my natural ability to think big to small to help my clients grow and accelerate their business.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and learning. I also love traveling, especially on my motorcycle. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow, so if you have something to share or want to learn together, feel free to reach out!
How I help customers
I think strategically, determine the crucial first steps and stay focused on the most important. I want to understand what my client wants to achieve in life and what contribution he or she wants to make to society. (What is your "Why"?) Then I translate this into concrete actions and a successful business strategy.
